About Annie

Hi, I’m Annie, and I’ve always been passionate about supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. With over 30 years of experience in social care and healthcare, including working in hospice and palliative care services, I’ve dedicated much of my career to helping others. I’ve also been privileged to work with Macmillan’s children’s bereavement service and currently work part-time for the NHS as a counsellor in a cancer psychology service, supporting patients and hospital staff.

The idea of becoming a celebrant came to me at my daughter’s wedding, where I witnessed the profound impact a bespoke, celebrant-led service can have. It truly made their special day unforgettable, personal and moving. After several years of working from home, I felt it was time for a change, to use my background in supporting people in a new and meaningful way.

I love hearing people’s stories and believe that each one is unique and worth celebrating. It would be an absolute honour to work with you, crafting a ceremony that reflects your journey and creates memories to last a lifetime.
